Remix culture is combining or editing existing marierials to produce a new product. This includes any changes such as the design of the footage, adding effects or adding or the changing the music etc. There has been many issues with copyright laws and the the owner of the video rights. Someone who is a supporter of remix culture was Lawrence Lessig who is a political activist and has produced many books.

This example was taken out of the German film 'Der Unterang'. This scene has been remixed several of times. As the film in German, English subtitles has been added, to add a humorous effect. In this video it shows hitler being upset abot the lack of features in the iPad.
